Service Request

For your convenience, you may submit a work order service request to CNNGA online. Online requests will be responded to as soon as possible.

Fees for work order service requests are as follows:

  • Service calls responded to during working hours are billed at $50/hour, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, the service call will be billed in 30-minute increments. Examples of this type of service call include:  lighting a pilot light, pre-season cleaning, and repairs.
  • After-hour service calls are billed at $90/hour, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, the service call will be billed in 30-minute increments.
  • If your service was disconnected because of non-payment of a bill, a $95 reconnection fee will be charged that must be paid along with the outstanding bill to have service restored. If however, you had a pre-arranged temporary cut-off and have no outstanding balance, then the service will be reconnected for a $75 fee.
  • Appliance installations are billed at $70/hour for the first hour, and $50/hour from the second hour on. This fee does not include the cost of materials, parts, or components.
  • When CNNGA installs an appliance, it will not charge more than $350 for the first appliance. Each additional installation of an appliance will not cost the customer more than $175. As an example, if a customer has three appliances installed, it would cost a maximum of $700 ($350 for first appliance, $175 for second, $175 for third).

For appliance installation, CNNGA will always bill the customer the lesser of:

  • The above prices ($350 for first appliance, $175 for second, $175 for third)
  • Material and labor
